About Us

We are excited to announce that Orchard Ranch Resort will be expanding by an additional 37 acres near the intersection at Fain Road and Sarah Jane Lane that will accommodate a clubhouse, pickleball courts, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. This will allow the resort to add an additional 210 sites in the beginning and by completion, there will be 493 that will accommodate both RV units along with manufactured home spaces. This new expansion will be called Orchard Ranch Resort North. Come and enjoy all Prescott and Prescott Valley has to offer!
